sThis machine is a vertical double-position stator wire insertion machine. One work position is used to manually pull the winding coil into the wire insertion die (or with a manipulator). At the same time, it completes the cutting and punching of the insulating paper at the bottom of the slot and prepushes the paper. Another position is used to insert the coil into the iron core. It has the protection function of singletooth insulating paper and the loading and unloading function of double-sided manipulator. It can directly carry the stator embedded in the wire to the automatic wire body.
