It is the first multi-head automatic die adjustment in China (invention patent number: 
ZL201610993660.3, utility model patent number: ZL201621204411.3). When the core thickness changes, the system will automatically adjust the distance between the winding dies. It takes only 1 minute for 6 heads to change production; the servo motor adjusts the distance between winding dies, and with accurate size and no error. So it saves the time of manual mode adjusting spacing when changing production frequently. 
Normal operating speed is 3000-3500 cycles/minute (depending on the thickness of stator, winding turns and diameter), and the machine has no obvious vibration and noise. With the patent technology of non-resistance wire passage, the winding coil is basically non-stretching, which is especially suitable for motors with many slender turns and many models of the same machine seat; such as air-conditioning motor, fan motor and smoke motor, etc.
