It takes only 1 minute for 6 heads to change production; the servo motor adjusts the distance between winding dies, and with accurate size and no error. So it saves the time of manual mode adjusting spacing when changing production frequently. 
Normal operating speed is 3000-3500 cycles/minute (depending on the thickness of stator, winding turns and diameter), and the machine has no obvious vibration and noise.
