which integrates the main phase coil position, the secondary phase coil position, the slot slot position and the insertion position. The winding position automatically arranges the coils into the insertion die, effectively avoiding the insertion broken, flat and damaged lines caused by the
crossing and disorder of coils caused by manual insertion; the insertion position is pushed by servo insertion. Line, push paper height and other parameters can be set freely on the touch screen; the machine works at multiple stations at the same time, without interference with each other, with a high degree of automation, It can satisfy the winding and insertion of stator of 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole and 8-pole motor.
According to customer's requirements, we can design double power or three sets of servo independent insertion for high groove full rate motor.
